In town visiting a friend from Canada and wanted to try some authentic British fish and chips. I was not disappointed here! Huge portion and some of the best fish and chips I’ve had. Highly recommended!

Called here again tonight on way back from Bradford. I ordered homemade Cheese and onion pie, with chips and beans. Husband ordered Rag pudding Chips and Irish Curry and carton of peas. Wow food as usual was top quality, tasty and plenty of it. We live in Salford and try to get over to this chip shop when we can. Because nowhere round our area knows how to make food like Shaun Chippy. They get constantly good reviews for a reason. So thank you Shaun and the team, we won't leave it so long before our next visit.

Visited here last week for the first time having been recommended it by my builders - absolutely fantastic chippy, really clean, good menu, nice staff whom were accommodating of my large order, welcoming environment and the food was bang on. I'm gutted I missed out on the home made cheese and onion pie as it had sold out and I've heard it's really good - but it gives me an excuse to visit again sooner rather than later :-) They do extra things such as desserts too, top chippy.

Finding a decent chippy in this area was impossible until I came across this chippy. I'd never heard of Irish curry before and let me tell you it's beautiful. I was allowed to try the different Currys on offer so went with the one I liked. Ended up having fish chips and Irish curry. Have to say it was absolutely gorgeous. Staff were very welcoming and I will be returning every time Im in the area. Highly recommend
